Website/About Us

We have designed our website to specifically meet the needs of you, our patients. Through careful work and attention to detail, we have created an interactive site that gives you the information that you need. Not only did we put all of our services on the site, but we also made new patient forms available so you can save time during your first appointment.

If you visit our website before your appointment, you can download and print your new patient registration forms. With the technological advances of the day, such as social media, doctors are starting to realize the potential of offering a service like ours. Cutting down on wait times and having a reliable staff with smiles on their faces is a huge benefit. We view our patients as family and strive to make them feel as such. You can even connect with us on Facebook and Twitter to receive updates and get news about any specials we might be running!

We offer many services at our practice; these services include (but are not limited to):

Crowns

If you have broken or chipped teeth, you know how difficult it is to eat and speak properly. Patients experiencing these issues have a lot more options than they would have in the past. One of the best options available is dental crowns.

A dental crown is essentially a “cap” that covers the damaged tooth. Unlike removable devices such as dentures, crowns can be used to improve appearance, shape or alignment of teeth. Crowns are cemented onto existing teeth or implants and can only be removed by the dentist. Dental crowns are used in many applications. Mostly, they are used to protect a weak tooth from a fracture or to restore a fractured tooth. Crowns are also used during the dental implant process to cover the abutment while the jaw bone grows around the implant. Having a crown will help you maintain proper chewing and speaking efficiency during the implant process.

Receiving a dental crown is a simple and non-invasive procedure that usually takes 2-3 visits. First, we take an impression of your tooth with a putty-like substance. Dr. Kiani will then create a temporary crown is made from a resin or acrylic material using the mold of your original tooth. We will also fit you with a temporary crown while the permanent crown is being created. Once we receive the permanent crown, we will remove the temporary crown and insert the permanent one. Dr. Kiani will secure the crown with cement.
